Amidst the reactions trailing the rape allegation levelled against famous Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju Omiyinka, also known as Baba Ijesha, one of his colleagues in the movie industry, Mercy Aigbe, has laid curses on the suspect.
In a post on her Instagram page, Mercy noted that she is beyond livid over the incident, adding that Justice must be served.
The Nollywood actress stated that Baba Ijesha must be brought to book to deter others. Meanwhile, she prayed for God’s protection over kids, who might be at the risk of paedophiles.

Meanwhile, famous On-Air Personality, Toke Makinwa has shaded another Nollywood actor, Yomi Fabiyi, over the comment he made about the allegation against Baba Ijesha.
“Yomi Fabiyi is a disgrace, a complete idiot, one of the reasons why the fight against sexual violence gets harder by the day; you want to see a video first even when you know she is a minor? Even after you heard he confessed? What is wrong with the world??? I cannot can’t.”
Another actress, Iyabo Ojo, had raised eyebrows over Yomi Fabiyi’s stand on the Baba Ijesha saga; she described him as a rape apologist for demanding evidence in the case of Baba Ijesha.
