Regarding the Abuja-kaduna Train attack victims that were kidnapped some months back when the passengers were attacked with explosives and sporadic gunshots on their way to various destinations, two out of the entire people abducted have gained freedom.
Out of those identified thus far is a pregnant woman that has been in her Abductor’s custody since the tragic incident that also led the death of several passengers and security operatives.
Confirming the incident to the media is a member of the Concerned Relatives of Abducted Persons, Sani Musa, who revealed that she had been released but did not disclose whether a fine was paid or not.
However, it was gathered that the pregnant woman, Thamina Mahmood, was said to have been set free in compassionate spirit after she and 61 others had spent 45 days in captivity.

Without wasting any time, the freed woman jumped on social media to make an appeal video on behalf of those still in captivity, for the federal government to swiftly negotiate with the terrorists to secure the release of others.
The release of the woman brings to two, the total number of the hostages that have been released so far by the terrorists, the first, being the Managing Director of the Bank of Agriculture (BOA), Alwan Hassan.
