Famous Nigerian On-Air Personality Toke Makinwa took to Twitter to express concerns over how some Nigerians live in fear because of the alarming report of violence, kidnapping and injustice in the land.
I can’t even explain how a country filled with so much potential has its citizens living in fear; how did we get here??? Everywhere you look, it’s a report of violence, kidnapping, injustice etc., we call them bandits, but we all know what they are; I am so tired. Toke Makinwa tweeted.
Also, Nigerian singer, Olanrewaju Ogunmefun, popularly known as Vector, has lamented the amount of violence reported in Nigeria in recent times.
According to him, the level of violence makes it seems like the Nigerian government is afraid of facing bandits and killers who have been killing innocent Nigerians.

Meanwhile, famous Nigerian singer and actor Bankole Wellington, also known as Banky W, had earlier stated that there is so much unpleasant news in Nigeria every day, adding that Nigerians have become numb to it.
Banky W, who described the happenings in the country as exhausting, draining and depressing, further said the situation is like Nigerians are in an abusive relationship with the land they love.
