Duncan Mighty Allegedly Assaults Man By Hitting With Traditional Staff
Popular Nigerian singer, Duncan Mighty has been accused of assaulting a tanker driver in Port Harcourt.
In a Facebook post shared by one Ndubueze Obodowhuo, the musician was alleged to have assaulted a tanker driver, Mr Okabam John.
According to the tank driver who works with Julius Berger, a private car was parked close to his water filling spot while on a duty. He tried to notify the driver who refused to wine down.
Mr Okabam John stated that the driver of the parked car was Duncan Mighty who hit him with a traditional staff (elephant tusk) as he bent down.
He stated that he didn’t see how the artist drove off because blood covered his eyes at that moment. Mr. Okabam John narrated this incident after being discharged from the hospital.
The tanker driver is calling on the management of Julius Berger, Security Agents, and Human Rights Organisations for justice to be done in his case, to avoid a re-occurrence.
Meanwhile, Wene Mighty as the singer is fondly called is yet to react to the accusation levelled against him.
