A gas explosion has on Thursday rocks Best Roof gas station at the Unity bus stop, Candos, Baruwa inside, Lagos State destroying houses, trucks, cars, others.
It was gathered that officials of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA and other emergency services are on scene for rescue operations.
The property destroyed by the gas explosion includes 2 bungalows, 4 storey building consisting of one school, one hotel, one creative centre and one residential building. Others are 24 shops, 1 gas station, 1 gas tanker truck, 1 pick-up van and 1 tricycle.
The incident occurred around 5:45 am on Thursday. As at the time of filing this report, there was no casualty has been confirmed yet.
