Nigeria and FC Barcelona forward, Asisat Oshoala, has taken to her social media page to applaud singer, Wizkid after he attacked President Buhari.
Wizkid had earlier replied a tweet by the Nigerian President where he wished US President, Donald Trump and wife, Melania quick recovery from COVID-19. The Afro-beat singer said the Nigerian President should address Police/SARS brutality and other issues affecting Nigerians rather than facing the US president.
This has made current Female African footballer of the year, Asisat Oshoala to applaud Wizkid for speaking up for Nigerian youths.
Her comment on Wizkid’s tweet reads, ”A KING I STAN #EndSarsNow”
Asisat Oshoala has used her social media to join the protest against SARS brutality in the country. The FC Barcelona Femeni forward tweeted, ”SARS is doing more harm than good in Nigeria….#EndSARSnow And nobody should come to my dm to chat nonsense!!!”
In another tweet, she wrote, ”NOT SAFE IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY #EndSARSnow”
Meanwhile, Asisat Oshoala and Wizkid has been criticised by singer, Blackface for their comments on the President.
