Ghanaian actress, Rosemond Alade Brown, popularly known as Akuapem Poloo set the internet wild with a nude picture with son to mark his 7th birthday a week ago. The actress has since been arrested by the Police in Ghana.
It would be recalled that Akuapem Poloo posted a nude photo of herself while his 7-year-old son was semi-unclad. This sparked outrage on social media and led to controversies in the public.
She gave the reasons for going nude to celebrate him in the photo’s caption and also shared what she passed through to deliver the boy.
After the post went viral, it was reported that Child Rights International petitioned the CID to act over the matter since the actress has violated some laws and also breached some child acts.
Although the mother of one took down the post and apologized to the general public over the post via a self-recorded video, it has been said that the actress has been sent to the headquarters of the Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit of the Police in Accra for questioning.
