A member of the Peter Obi Support Network that goes by the name on Twitter, Nefertiti, with the handle @firstladyship, has described Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as a “coward”.
The reason she referred to the PDP flag bearer in this manner is because of the Bayelsa flooding incident that he capitalised on for his 2023 campaign strategy.
Nefertiti tweeted, “Flood victims visited Atiku in the air-conditioned Bayelsa Government House to empathise with him. He is afraid of boat rides? The coward can’t even swim?”
On the other hand, she further stated that Peter Obi, the Labour Party Presidential Candidate threw down the gauntlet and risked his life in makeshift boats without life jackets to assist the flood victims.
“Naysayers said he was campaigning and must visit Anambra first. Well, PDP Presidential Candidate finally dragged his butt to Bayelsa and sat in air-conditioning with his PDP cap. Has he visited Adamawa?” She asked.
