Basketmouth doesn’t seem to be holding back words in addressing the situation that DeGeneral, a junior colleague in the comedy business, is currently undergoing in the hands of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA.
The famous Nigerian comedian, whose real name is Bright Okpocha, insisted that the skit maker’s detention was a complete waste of task payer’s money.
He went on his social media platform to express how irrelevant the arrest was on a video he posted on Instagram, finding it hard to imagine how a minor issue received such exaggerated publicity.

In a video he shared, the comedian referred to the skit maker’s mugshot at the agency’s custody, pointing out that he was found with little quantity of weed which he snapped with.
The skit maker was made to stand and display information about himself and details of the exhibit he was found with after his arrest.
