The Lawyer, Isreal Mbaebie, to the family of the late eighteen-year-old Monsurat Ojuade, has expressed worries over how Lagos State Police Command claimed to have treated the murder case.
Barrister Mbaebie, who senses foul play, demanded to see records of the orderly room’s proceedings claiming to have dismissed the killer cop, Sgt. Samuel Phillips.
In a statement issued yesterday in Lagos State, the Barrister asked that the police command reveal the outline of its orderly room trial to the public.
Mbaebie, who frowned at the arraignment of the accused officer, said the police ignored every request put forward by the deceased family.
He added that NPF fixed the arraignment of the murderer and only decided to inform the family just twelve hours before the police appearance in court.
