Maria, Pere, Cross, Sammie, Queen and JMK did not just automatically find themselves on just the eviction nomination list in the fifth week of the BBNaija 2021 SHine Ya Eye season 6 edition of the show, this was how it happened.
The housemates were called into the diary room for their weekly nomination of the housemates they want out of the house by Sunday and this was how they voted.

According to this eviction nomination list, the following six housemates are supposed to be on the eviction nomination list for this week, Pere, Queen, Peace, Sammie, JMK and Maria.
However, due to the Head of House, HOH, veto power of saving and replacing the list was altered.
Liquorose who is the HOH for this week saved peace and replaced her with Cross, thereby changing the names of the housemates in line for possible eviction this week to Pere, Queen, Cross, Sammie, JMK and Maria
