A Nigerian man Ohida Ismail, a chartered accountant from Kogi State, and his mother died in a terrible traffic accident.
The man took his mother for a routine medical checkup but got into an accident on their way back from the hospital.
The mother died immediately, according to Yushau Shuaib, who verified the tragic news on Tuesday, while Ismail died while arrangements were being made to transport him to a better hospital.
Baba Isyak, a nephew of the dead, confirmed the incident on Facebook today, July 20. Shuaib said, “May Almighty Allah forgive their short-comings and grant them Aljannatul Firdaus.
To @shuaibu bin Mohammed, family and friends, please accept our condolences even as we will surely miss you on today’s Sallah festivity. Our prayers is for all of us because we have final destination in life.”
