Truth is Sacrosanct, Truth is Bitter

Share

Truth is bitter

Cover with lies

Then see it decay and swarmed by flies

Truth is Bitter

Deceive with a wink of your eyes

You’ll definitely end up in a delicate plight.

Truth is bitter

We all want something sweeter

If lies could build you a shelter

You’ll still feel cold in a double sweater.

Hurt me with the truth, truth is bitter

What a word! So sweet as an edible fruit

Lies may make you shoot your shoot

It’ll only get you as far as the tree’s shoot.

If my hear asks true or false?

I’ll go for what I need not say by force

Even if it will make me fall

I’ll crawl and then stand tall.

Truth is sacrosanct

Honesty and integrity are also its participants

Lies to you might be very important

Hmm! It’s only for a short while as an athlete’s pant.
