Nigerians React To Galadima’s Warning About Revolution

Reactions have continued to trail the statement credited to Buba Galadima, a former ally of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Galadima had earlier opined that the President Buhari administration was setting the stage for a revolution in the country.

PUNCH reported that Galadima, who is a member of the Board of Trustees of the All Progressives Congress also berated northern governors.

He berated the governors for describing the EndSARS protests as an attempt to force a regime change.

Reacting to the statement credited to Galadima, many Twitter users commended him for speaking truth to power.

However, some others described it as a statement borne out of selfish interest.

A Twitter user, @Isah_Jagaban expressed delight that someone from the political circle of the APC or PDP came out and criticize their government.

In another tweet, @Surebossbeats said he won’t mind if Buba Galadima becomes the president noting that he knows something despite his old age.

Meanwhile, @Abbahladan1 noted that Nigerians need not take Buba Galadima too serious.

He noted that Galadima and some others are shouting because their personal interest was not protected.
