Too Hot To Handle is an original Netflix reality dating show that was premiered on the 17th of April 2020 although the trailer was released on the 10th of April 2020.

This Netflix show brings together attractive singles who think they’re on a hedonistic holiday in a luxury villa on an exotic island. These contestants expected the reality show to be like big brother or love island but they got something quite different. 

In the show, the contestants are challenged to resist touching each other and concentrate on building a relationship for the grand prize of $100,000. That is, they are not to engage in any sexual intercourse, no kissing, no self gratification (masturbation) else it will cost them a deduction from the prize money. So any violation of the rules whatsoever depletes the communal pot further.

(Lol! My guess, they are all going home with an empty purse! Have you seen how hot these guys are?!)

Love, sex and money:

These contestants get to meet themselves officially. They hope to have an enjoyable holiday filled with sexual pleasures and everything fun but in 12 hours, they will learn that abstinence is the only thing they will be doing in order for them to win the grand prize. In the house, Lana, their Alexa-type virtual guide will be making announcements more like big brother’s voice.

The end goal of this show is for the contestants to learn to stop having flings and start having meaningful relationships. 

The contestants:

• Chloe (Essex, UK); a twenty year old who is addicted to dating and has a thing for tattoos.
• Sharron (New Jersey); a feminist who studied Women and Gender studies in College and is most proud of his penis (oops!).
• Haley (Florida); a sorority girl who likes people that look like her (skinny, blonde, etc). Ps: She sucks at Geography (she doesn’t know where Australia is located)

• Harry (Queensland, Australia); he has DM’ed Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner with the line, “Hello, my little butter chicken”.
• Davis (London, UK); Mr. Nice guy who is always ready to apply sunscreen to beautiful women.
• Francesca (British Columbia, Canada); She is the girl every guy wants and thinks her personality is her best asset.
• Matthew (Colorado); a deep thinker who doesn’t think monogamy should exist and would love to spread his seed to women around the world.
• Rhond (Georgia); rates herself a 10/10, is proud of her butt and wants a man with a job and tattoos.
• Nicole (Cork, Ireland); loves to party and is a reformed catholic school girl who is not interested in anything serious.
• Kelz (London, UK); thinks he is the king of the jungle. He has a tattoo of a lion and basically sees himself as one. his favourite movie of all time is lion king and he doesn’t do relationships. Funfact: he is of Nigerian Origin.
