The English Premier League current league leaders Liverpool and Manchester United are not the only the Premier League clubs who are doing this good work.

Liverpool and Manchester United are not the only English teams, the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham are all also doing this great work, in Scotland Celtic and Rangers are also doing it. The ‘Football Cares’ initiative on International Missing Children’s Day sees clubs share videos of missing children all over the world and it has helped in recovering them in a great way.

As a result, six children featured have been found. Both world football’s governing body Fifa and the European Club Association are backing the initiative, which is run by the International Center for Missing and Exploited Children (ICMEC).

According to the International Center for Missing and Exploited Children ICMEC chief executive Bob Cunninham he said: “On International Missing Children’s Day 2020, we are honored to have the support of the global football community.”

“With the huge following and global reach that these clubs boast, we hope that someone, somewhere could recognize one of the missing children in the videos and lead to a child being reunited with their loved ones,” he added.

The project has no restrictions to clubs which can participate as German Bundesliga clubs like Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are part of it. Also, Italian Serie A clubs are involved in it, the likes of AC Milan, Inter Milan and Juventus, and Spanish teams Atletico Madrid, Barcelona and Real Madrid are all part of it.
