Lily Afegbai’s Mother Confirms Shooting UNIBEN Student In 2013 In Video

Police mother of Nollywood actress, Lily Afegbai has confessed to shooting the UniBen student who she was accused of killing in 2013. The police officer, Carol Afegbai in a video that has gone viral online admitted to shooting the late student known as Ibrahim Momoh.

Recall that last weekend, Lilian Afegbai blasted Nigerian youth for the way they were protesting and as a result, this case of her mother killing a student resurfaced. Internet users dragged the former police officer and asked Lily to ensure her mother pays for killing the boy if she really has the interest of Nigerians at heart as she claims.

Lily immediately took to her mother’s defence sharing document that implied her mother had no hand in the killing of the boy and the officer who was responsible for it had paid for it.

Just hours ago a viral video surfaced online that showed retired CSP Carol Afegbai admitting to shooting the boy in the leg while it was raining on a fateful night. According to the video, Carol claimed that the young man was a criminal who had tried to attack the police team and his accomplice made away before he could be caught.

CSP Carol said she could not take the risk of rushing Momoh to the hospital after he was shot because they were just two police officers and they could have been attacked by other members of his alleged gang.

Unfortunately, Momoh died before he was able to get medical attention as the road was lonely and it was raining heavily according to the statement Carol Afegbai made.

Following this new twist to the case, the popular actress has disappeared from the internet, deleting her Instagram and not saying a word.
