Judging Matters : Begins With HeartBreak, Bad Loan Cases

Judging Matters a courtroom reality TV Show initiated by Media Personality and Show Hosts Ebuka-Obi Uchendu has started in a grand style with its first judgement issued.

The show which featured former Lagos Judge, Justice Olusola Williams as the Judge and Ebuka as the Counsellor treated Lagos State minor cases and see them to a logical conclusion as promised.

Heart Break Case

One of the cases featured on the show premiere is that of two former lovers who are now al loggerhead over ceased belongings.

According to the plaintiff, her former boyfriend came to her house to take away her generator after she refused to return the gifts he purchased for her while they were dating.

According to her, he bought her a phone, wristwatch and a necklace on valentine but asked for them to be returned to him after they broke up.

She stressed that she refused to give them back to him, and he came to her house to take away her generator while she was using it.

They estrange boyfriend, on the other hand, defended his case saying he wants his phone wrist watch and necklace back if she was ever going to see her generator again.

Bad Loan

The second case treated on Judging matters is that of an N85,000 loan that has caused bad blood between two friends.

The two men who looked like septuagenarians dragged themselves to the show when loan repayment became a problem.

The plaintiff who said he gave his friend a tricycle also known as Keke- Maruwa to make ends meet also gave him a loan of N85,000 during the last Christmas and has refused to pay.

The defendant, on the other hand, who was absolutely not remorseful believes he got the loan from a friend and should be allowed to pay back when convenient.
