“I Am Not Down”, Oshiomole Breaks Silence Over Edo Elections

A few days after the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC declared Godwin Obaseki as the winner of the Saturday, September 19 governorship elections, the former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC has reacted to the elections.

In a video, Comrade Oshiomole, who was supporting Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, the governorship candidate of the APC in the Edo poll said he was not feeling unhappy over the outcome of the elections as speculated in some quarters.

The former NLC President, who was at a gym when he reacted to the poll said he believes that life is about losing and winning adding that human being should do their best and leave the rest to God.

However, he thanked Edo electorates for trooping out to vote during the elections as he also urged Nigerians to keep having faith in the country.

Oshiomole, who further stated that he has one passport and not planning to have another one challenged all Nigerians to work towards ensuring that Nigeria becomes great by strengthening democracy and improve on it.
