Haitian Interim Prime Minister Claude Joseph has confirmed that some yet to be identified gunmen killed
President Jovenel Moïse, during an attack on his residence in Port-au-Prince.
Claude added that the gunmen also injured the First Lady in the attack, adding that he had taken all measures to guarantee the continuance of the state.
EveryEvery.ng gathered that Jovenel took over power in February 2017, after Michel Martelly, his predecessor, stepped down.
