Deeper Life School Saga:
Okezie Deborah, the mother of the former Jss1 student who has been in the news for over one month for the Deeper Life School saga, has raised the alarm again over threats to her life and that of her son.
This debacle started after her son was reportedly bullied and molested in his first term in school. The boy’s mother made a video that quickly went viral, causing Nigerians to question the Deeper Life High School administration’s humanity.
As soon as the lady called out the school, she raised the alarm saying that she has been receiving multiple threats from the school management, the Deeper life Church, and other public members who were uncomfortable with her son’s story.
Deborah recently made a video asking popular Nigerian Twitter influencer, Reno Omokri to stop sending threats her way. In the video, she begged Nigerians to ask Reno to leave her be pointing out that he asked her to apologize to the Deeper Life High School on a national newspaper or she takes whatever she gets. In her words,
“Reno Omokri please leave me alone. The threat is too much. Reno Omokri called me and said I should go and apologise and beg on national Newspaper. That if I do not apologise, anything I see, I take.“
Recall that earlier on in this case; Reno had taken a stand on the Deeper Life School saga when he mentioned that he believed the woman was lying and whoever believed her should unfollow him for being so gullible.
She also mentioned the members of the Deeper Life congregation who told her to prepare to bury her son since she has decided to take on the church. In her words,
