A strange event transpired recently when a couple getting married immediately abandoned their wedding post for Peter Obi’s Campaign and the One-Million-Man March in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja.
A video still trending on Twitter showed how excited they were and others also observed the campaign march alongside, chanting songs and celebrating the newlyweds for taking that bold step to identify with their pairs.
The bride could not stop expressing how excited she felt about partaking in a movement that is strongly believed would change the fate of the nation for good.
On the other hand, the groom joined in the celebration and held his new wife from the side, smiling and rejoicing that the day chosen for his wedding is the same time the Peter Obi Campaign team decided to push their mandates.
The crowd almost lifted the couple and swung them through the different rows but coordinated their excitement so as not to ruin the bride’s dress.
