During the BreketeFamilyLive Radio Programme, while treating a case, it was broadcasted that a landlord, Gambo Haruna, in Nasarawa State reportedly joined forces with some police officers to auction out the properties of one Elvina Musa, the tenant.

Haruna, according to Elvina, breached an earlier agreement reached between the both of them, stating that the landlord gained access to her house while she was away and moved all her properties to the station’s premises.

On Tuesday, while the programme was ongoing in Abuja, the tenant accused the landlord of invading her personal space for reasons that she refused to accept his approaches, despite the fact that he already has three wives.

According to Elvina, her refusal of his proposal triggered the whole witch-hunting, especially when Haruna found out that she had a fiance, the tormenting increased.

On returning from her journey, she mentioned immediately alerting the police of the incident between her and the landlord.

Unfortunately, the station where she reported the case was the same place where her property was kept for about eight months and had already become rusted.

She claimed her certificates and other valuables were affected, which is why she informed another branch of the police, who were swift to take action.

Although the case was taken to court and has not necessarily swung in her favour, it has also been processed for various reasons, including wrong information submitted to the court.

Meanwhile, she brought the case to Human Rights Radio for redress, and the Officials at the programme have assured her of getting justice.
