ASUU Blames Federal Government For 'Abysmal Failure'
The Academic Staff Union of Universities , ASUU, has finally suspended its over nine months old industrial action.
This announcement was made by ASUU President, Biodun Ogunyemi during a press conference help in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
According to him, the move was made after the federal government has decided to pay two months salary arrears to its members.
Ogunyemi added that National Executive Committee of the union took the decision to suspend the strike.
