Garba has bared his mind on the CNN’s Inquiry Into Lekki Shooting.

A former presidential aspirant, Adamu Garba has reacted to a viral video about the investigation carried out by the Cable News Network, CNN on the October 20 Lekki shooting which claimed lives of some EndSARS protesters.

Reacting to the video, Garba lauded the CNN’s level of professionalism noting that he would have sued the media outlet if their recent investigative report had instigated crisis between the government and its citizens.

The controversial Twitter user noted that the CNN was only doing their job which is investigative and not conclusive reporting.

However, Garba said the CNN did not jump into conclusion over the Lekki Massare unlike Twitter CEO, Jack Dorsey, who according to him interfered directly into the Lekki shooting.

He had earlier sued Jack for $1bn for supporting the EndSARS campaign.

In the same vein, famous Nigerian author, Reno Omokri has reacted to the video released by the CNN. Reno opined that Nigeria stations fined by the National Broadcasting Commission, NBC for reporting the Lekki shooting to approach the court.

According to him, Buhari has violated his oath of office and should be impeached or otherwise legally removed.

Reno, however, stressed that CNN’s investigation has vindicated those people who were consistent that some peaceful EndSARS protesters were killed.
