19-Year-Old Nigerian-American Toyin Found Dead

A 19-year-old Nigerian-American girl has been found dead in the united states of America after she went missing a couple days earlier.

The 19-year-old Nigerian-American, Oluwatoyin ‘Toyin’ Salau was a local activist in America and was last seen at Orange Avenue and Wahnish Way, Tallahassee Florida according to a police report on the 6th June 2020 after returning from a black lives matter protest.

On the day she went missing, she had tweeted about an assault she experienced on the day by a man who she described as a black man in his mid-40’s and lives in a grey-painted duplex apartment-style house and drives a white clean Chevrolet Silverado truck.

Toyin salau said in her tweet, “Anyways I was molested in Tallahassee, Florida by a black man this morning at 5:30 on Richview and Park Ave. The man offered to give me a ride to find someplace to sleep and recollect my belongings from a church I refuged to a couple days back to escape unjust living conditions.”

She went on to describe the experience she had at the man’s place before she ran off after he had sexually assaulted her. The man she narrated came under the guise of a man of God, and she trusted the holy spirit to keep her safe.

A social media campaign was started to help search for the young Nigerian-American Toyin Salau for days with fliers and posters all around Tallahassee, Florida all to no avail. She was found dead today, details of her death are not yet known as of the time of this report.
