Wilfred Ndidi Gets New Date to Return to Training

Leicester City and Super Eagles engine room Wilfred Ndidi has received a date to return to Leicester City squared. The information was made known by the club’s manager Brender Rodgers.

Wilfred Ndidi to Return on Wednesday

According to the former Liverpool manager, Brendan Rodgers, Wilfred Ndidi would be back for Leicester City to play against Brighton which in their FA Cup fifth-round which comes up on Wednesday.

Wilfred Ndidi and the club skipper Jamie Vardy have not played for the club for some time now due to injury. Jamie Vardy returned yesterday to against Wolves in their EPL matchday 23, the game ended goalless.

Ndidi suffered a hamstring injury in last month’s draw against Ancelotti men Everton. According to Rodgers, he said: “Wilf will be back for Wednesday.”

He also said: “We were thinking about this game, but we just felt we didn’t want to risk him. He’s had a couple of really good days of training, and he should be fit and ready for Wednesday.”
