The online feud between the controversial singer Portable and his colleague Davido has escalated to a new phase.
Portable has again come strongly at Davido after he unfollowed him on Instagram.
The two artists had a falling out after Portable publicly claimed that Davido had given him ‘bad advice’ during their recent dinner in the United States.
Portable claimed that Davido, who signed with Sony Music, advised him against joining theand suggested he sign with Empire instead.
He accused Davido of unfairness, stating that he is also striving for a Grammy like Davido, but the DMW boss is encouraging him to join a label that may not assist him in achieving the award.
After his public display of anger, Davido clicked the unfollow button on Instagram on Thursday.
In his reaction, Portable stated that he doesn’t require Davido’s following or assistance to become a successful artist or to achieve a Grammy.
He suggested that Davido unfollowed him because he felt Portable was no longer beneficial to him
Speaking on a live video on his Instagram page, Portable said: “They tried to destroy me and quickly unfollowed me because I stopped being beneficial to them. Whether you help me or not, I will do my tour; whether you follow me or not, I will collect Grammy.”
