Bjorn Kuipers Make Record as he Get Set to Officiate Euro 2020 Final
The referee will become the very first Dutchman to officiate a men’s European final. Bjorn Kuipers was the referee for England and Italy’s 2014 World Cup group-stage match held in Brazil. The game ended 2-1 in favour of Italy then.
The 48-year-old was the fourth official for England’s opening game against Croatia earlier in the competition.
He will be the one to now officiate the epic final, which all football lovers are waiting for. The game will be played in England at the same venue both semifinals were played.
