The Super Eagles of Nigeria has been drawn to play with Tunisia in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations which is hosted by Cameroon. They are to play on Sunday in the second round of the Africa Cup of Nations. Nigeria progressed to the next stage after winning all their group games.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria were the only country to win all three of their opening games in the tournament meanwhile Tunisia qualified from their group as best losers after winning one game out of three. They lost to Gambia 1-0 on Thursday, booked their place in the knockout phase as one of the four third-placed countries.
Meanwhile, Egypt, who finished second in Nigeria’s group will have to step up and beat Ivory Coast for a place in the Quarter-Finals.
