Trump Rates Shinzo Abe As Japan’s Greatest Prime Minister

President of the United States of America, USA, Donald Trump has opined that Shinzo Abe will soon be recognised as the greatest Prime Minister in the history of Japan.

In a tweet, the US President revealed that he had a wonderful conversation with Abe, whom he also described as his friend.

Trump, who stated that Abe’s relationship with the USA is the best that has ever been added that Shinzo is a special man.

Everyevery.ng had earlier reported that Shinzo Abe announced his decision to step down as Japanese prime minister citing health concerns as his reason.

Abe, who is the longest-serving Japanese prime minister announced his resignation during a press conference last Friday stating that he decided to step down even though there is one year to go in his tenure and many challenges to be met.

However, he apologized to the people of Japan for not being able to fulfil his duties, It was reported that Abe suffers from a non-curable inflammatory bowel disease known as colitis.

The disease was also a factor in his sudden resignation as prime minister in 2007 thereby ending his first term after just over a year in office.
