Trent Alexander-Arnold will be out of action for at least four weeks due to the injury. The player sustained the injury during their 1-1 draw with Manchester City. Reports from England have it that the right-back will not be in action until early December. Liverpool’s injury list continues to pile up now with the player adding to the list.
The first was Virgil van Dijk who will not be back till end of the season. Van Dijk sustained the injury after a reckless tackle from Everton keeper Jordan Pickford. Another player is Fabinho who was brought in as the new centre-back is yet to recover from his own injury.
Thiago Alcantara and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain also missing the fixture against City. And now there are growing concerns at the Anfield club as Trent Alexander-Arnold has now joined the list. The prognosis could be worse, but various reports, including from The Times’ Paul Joyce, say the 22-year-old is facing around four weeks on the sidelines.
