Transcorp Power Consortuim wins the bid for the Afam Power Electricity Distribution Company.
The consortium submitted a bid of N105.3bn to beating two other companies who wanted to acquire the electricity generation company.
Quest Electricity also won the bid for 60 percent equity in Yola Electricity Distribution Plc with N19bn.
