Toke Makinwa Gives Details of Her First Big Deal
Toke Makinwa, OAP and influencer in a video told her followers about the very first time she made a huge amount of money from a brand deal years ago in 2015
In the video, she said that she was seated at the table with her manager who believed in her more than she did herself and was overwhelmed when the cheque of 10 million naira was written to her as part payment for the media partnership deal.
For the sake of confidentiality, she did not mention the brand’s name but she said that despite feeling unsure of if she could rake in that amount of cash, she tried to negotiate 15 million naira which did not fall through as the brand insisted on paying 10 million. However, her manager tried until they could not try naymore before they settles for the brand’s price.
Toke revealed that this was the first time she was seeing this amount of money at once and had to comport herself in the presence of the brand until she got to her car where she screamed. See her post below;
