Media pesonality, Toke Makinwa has denied the rumours going on the internet that her Banana Island home has been seized by AMCON.

Social media was thrown into a frenzy when the author and vlogger, Toke Makinwa was reported to have lost her Banana Island home to debt recovery agency, AMCON.

It was also said the mansion was bought for her by Nigerian Billionaire, Festus Fadeyi. She has now come out to deny the rumours of the house being seized by Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) and that she is the sole owner of the property.

The radio host through her publicist, Andrea Manuela Giaccaglia released a statement to confirm she’s the sole owner of the said property.

The statement reads ‘‘On behalf of Ms.Toke Makinwa, we would like to address the rumour circulating the internet that Ms.Toke Makinwa’s alleged house in Banana Island was taken over by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON)

Ms. Toke’s is the sole owner of her residence in Ikoyi. Our lawyers have been contacted and legal action will be taken against the originators of this story. Kind Regards, Toke Makinwa’s Management
