Timi Dakolo
Nigerian popular singer, Timi Dakolo has surprised a young lady identified as Ogechi Eke by performing in her home.
The sonorous singer performed the newly wedded lady after he had missed out to perform at her wedding.
According to the ‘Iyawo Mi‘ crooner, he was supposed to be at her wedding as the bride insisted that was the wedding gift she wanted.
However, he had other engagements he had signed up for which he couldn’t shelve. To make it up to her, he stormed their home and gave her the performance she longed for.
Timi Dakolo wrote, “So I got a call for a wedding in Abuja for a lady that just wanted me as her only wedding gift. Unfortunately I had committed to some other gig and the husband and other people kept calling.
“I mean the calls kept coming with the line have you changed your mind ?. So we had to come up with a plan. Let’s wake her up and make her wish come true.” he added.
Recall that Dakolo also crashed 8 wedding ceremonies in Abuja a few months ago which he did for free.
The singer made this happen as a way of giving back to his numerous fans.
