Nigerian Music Star Teniola Apata, known by her stage name ‘Teni’, is safe after several gunshots disrupt her concert in Rivers.
Teni was seen performing a song from her latest album before several gunshots were heard in a recent video that went viral, and the music star scampered for safety.
She has taken to her Instagram page to share the news of her safety.
The 29-year-old said she and her team are safe and back home.
The ‘Uyo Meyo’ and ‘Your Case’ crooner wrote on her Instagram story that “(It) could have been a different story entirely, but I’m grateful to God.
“I and the entire team are safe and back home now. Thanks for the calls and messages.”
The sister to music sensation ‘Niniola’ released her ’17’ track debut album ‘Wondaland’ in 2021 and made waves with her vocal prowess.
