Rape Accuser
Nigerian singing sensation, Temilade Oyeniyi aka Tems has pledged her support for Dbanj’s rape accuser, Seyitan Babatayo.
It could be recalled, a lady named Seyitan alleged Nigerian popular musician, Dapo Oyebanjo aka Dbanj of rape after the preacher was preaching the message ‘No to Rape’.
Dbanj thereafter reacts to the allegation through an open letter and said it is a lie from the pit of hell. He later sued the accuser #100 million only to get her arrested by using the police.
Seyitan’s social media accounts were alleged to be tampered with as social media posts were deleted and used to promote Dbanj’s yet-to-be-released song.
The rape accuser has since been released and has narrated how Dbanj’s team got her arrested and put her in the midst of criminals in the cell. She has therefore asked for justice over the matter.
Fast-rising singer, Tems has used her social media platform to support the rape accuser, Ms. Seyitan Babatayo. Reacting to the statement made by Ms. Seyitan Babayo, Tems urged other females to stand by her.
In her tweet @temsbaby ”For this girl to remain so strong with everything that she has been through, I know my gang is full of human beings and not animals. She DESERVES our support. If you don’t have courage to speak up for truth. find some please. Whatever you decide Ms. Seyitan, I’m behind you’‘
The rape allegation has since been taken up the Inspector General of Police. Dbanj claim not to be guilty and has asked for the truth of the matter be revealed.
