Nigerian singer, songwriter and music producer, Augustine Miles Kelechi, professionally known as Tekno is set to drop his debut album in many years.
Tekno is undoubtedly one of Nigeria’s finest artists. He has released many songs which have been listed among the most streamed songs of an African artist as well as producing hit songs for other top music artists.
‘Slim Daddy’ as he is also known released his first hit song in 2013 titled ‘Holiday’. He has been consistent since then , dropping hits after hits as well as winning several music awards.
Tekno’s hit songs include ‘Wash’, ‘Where’, ‘Duro’, ‘Pana’, ‘Yawa’, ‘Samantha’, ‘Go’, ‘Mama’ feat Wizkid, ‘Woman’, ‘Skeletun‘ and ‘Agege’ featuring Zlatan Ibile.
Tekno announced via his social media platform the news of his debut studio album. The singer and dancer is yet to have an album despite starting his music career in 2012.
The artist has now shared the news of a new album to come as he tweeted ”My album is ready and I’m working on another”
Fans cannot but anticipate the yet-to-be-named album after several years of relevance in the Nigerian music industry.
