Bournemouth will be playing Arsenal in the 4th round of the FA Cup today Monday in the evening. Mikel Arteta and his troops will be aiming to copy the display of Manchester United and Manchester City that won their matches respectively. Manchester United thrashed their opponent 6-0 while Pep Guardiola troops won 4-0 in their own game. Chelsea was not left out in the party as they out-played Hull City 2-1.
Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur played out draw against their opponent, the Reds played -2-2 while Hotspur played 1-1. Both teams will not be enjoying the winter break given to all English teams because they will be playing their return legs.
Bournemouth vs Arsenal
Bournemouth play host to Arsenal at their Vitality Stadium in the 4th round of the FA Cup. The game is expected to be one of the most entertaining games of the FA Cup round 4. The Cherries booked their place in the last 32 by beating Luton Town 4-0 in front of home fans in their last game.
The question now will be can they beat Arsenal or have they come to the end of the road. Considering that Bournemouth have been struggling to find their form in the Premier League of late, we do not believe that home win should be considered. Bournemouth defenders should take note of Emrick Aubameyeng, he has scored 15 goals for the Gunners in the English Premier League this seaso.
The Gunners, on the other hand, aim to save the season by going all the way in the FA Cup finals. Gunners will have Bournemouth hit man Wilson to hold, the attacker has been in top form this season and we are he will prove handful to Arsenal defence. We are positive that Mikel Arteta and is troops are not going to play the Cherries without caution.
Anyhow, we believe that the visitors are closer to winning Monday’s clash than the hosts. A bet on the way team will be more reliable seeing that the host has not been very impressive in their games of late.
