Speaker, Gbajabiamila Meets Ghana’s President

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila has held a meeting with Ghana’s President, Nana Akufo-Addo over the harassment of Nigerian traders in Ghana.

Before the Friday meeting, Gbajabiamila had met his Ghanaian counterpart, Prof. Mike Oquaye, who co-chaired a Bilateral Committee Meeting aimed at resolving issues between the two countries at the Ghanaian Parliament House in Accra on Wednesday.

Also, before he left for Ghana, the Speaker had met with President Buhari to brief him about his meeting with the Speaker of the Ghanian Parliament to further explore ways of resolving the issues with Nigerian traders in Ghana.
