Nigerian singer and vocalist Aituaje Iruobe, popularly known by her stage name Waje, has heaped praises on singer colleague David Adeleke, known as Davido.
The singer, who recently released a gospel album, Unbroken, took to his social media page to sing praises of the “Stand Strong” singer.
The 42-year-old singer described Davido as “truly a gift”, after David’s kind words led to her getting a pair of diamond earrings.
She wrote, “Imagine walking out of a place feeling, honoured, and with a pair of beautiful diamond earrings cos of @davido‘s kind words about u. I’ve been in this game a long time, not every1 will honour u when you aren’t present in the room. David you are truly a gift.”
Waje also took to her Instastory to share a motion picture of herself rocking the earrings.
