Trey Songz made this known via a video he shared on social media to his fans and followers.
He stated that he has taken many tests to confirm that he is positive and has been doing the necessary measures to be negative.
The father of one said, “Here with a very important message to let you know I tested positive for COVID-19.
“I’ve taken many tests as I’ve been out protesting, food drives, of course, I have a very young son at home, so I get tested periodically and this time it, unfortunately, came back positive.”
Trey Songz said he will take it serious and self-quarantine while also urging his fans and followers to take it serious because it is real unlike what the US President, Donald Trump, has said in the past.
He said, “I will be taking it seriously…My grandfather passed away early this year and while it wasn’t said that it was COVID, I do believe it was; so, I’ve always taken it serious.’
‘If you come in contact with COVID, please do the same, please do the same – don’t be like the president.’ he added.
