Kemi Olunloyo Exposes Alleged Extortion Plan Behind New SIM Registration
Controversial Nigerian Journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has announced her decision to quit blogging as she apologized to everyone she might have offended in the course of her sojourn as a blogger.
She announced this in two minutes, 20 seconds video uploaded on her Twitter page on Monday, June 15.
In the video, the former blogger recounted her journey and experience thus far on the social media platform adding that she had spent over 30 years on social media.
Kemi said she decided to quit blogging for podcasting noting that social media should be a place for meeting and learning new things.
Reacting to the announcement, some of her followers lauded her for apologizing as some asked her to mention the names of the people she has offended and apologised to them.
Before announcing her decision to quit blogging, Kemi had posted many things about the relationship between famous Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido and his fiancee, Chioma Rowland.
She also monitored and gave updates on the arrest of popular Nigerian socialite, Hushpuppi, who was arrested in Dubai a few days ago.
Kemi asked the Nigerian Police Force to investigate the cause of the death of Ibidun Ighodola, who was pronounced dead on Sunday, June 14 in Rivers State.
You will recall that Olunloyo was arrested in Lagos for allegedly publishing an offensive story about a popular Nigerian cleric, David Ibiyeomie.
After her arrest, she was arraigned before a Chief Magistrate’s Court in Port-Harcourt and remanded in prison.
Narrating her ordeal in Prison, Kemi said she almost died in prison due to an asthma attack.
