See What Toke Makinwa Have to Say to FG on Lockdown

It’s no news that the Federal Government has extended the total lockdown in Lagos, Ogun, and the FCT; this has made many Nigerians to complain including OAP Toke Makinwa. Nigerians have complained about the hardship and poverty rate which has made life more difficult this period.

This has made Nigerians to ask for the relief funds donated to be shared through bank accounts. Nigerian popular OAP and beauty expert, Toke Makinwa have also shared her mind on the issue of lockdown and how the government could help.

President Muhammadu Buhari has extended the total lockdown for another 14 days in the most affected parts of the country. This hasn’t gone well with average Nigerians who live on daily pay. Although the presidency have talked about palliative, it hasn’t gone well with many Nigerians.

In her words, Toke Makinwa tweeted @tokstarr ‘‘Lock down, lock down the least you can do is credit everyone’s account even if it’s 10k. BVN is available yet you want those who have resorted to being their own government die of hunger? 14 days more is about to bite even harder”
