After posting their daughter’s picture on his platform, American-based Nigerian businesswoman Sandra Iheuwa has sent a stern warning to her baby daddy, Ubi Franklin.
Ubi Franklin posted the picture of their daughter Ariella which did not go down well with Sandra.
She took to her Instagram page to warn Franklin not to post their child’s picture again since she does not bear his name.
Sandra, who appeared upset, claimed Franklin had never provided for their daughter since she was born and never spent a dime on the child even when he had access to the child.
“You have no legal privileges or claim on my daughter. She doesn’t bear your name, and your name is not on her birth certificate,” she wrote.
Sandra threatened to take it up legally, as “deadbeats need to be taught a lesson.”
Sandra, tagging Franklin as a ‘sperm donor’, said that she got no help from raising the child and would not allow him to take the glory now that the child is grown.
The 35-year-old mother also threatened to file for child support which she said he would have to “pay through his nose”; otherwise, he will face jail time once he steps his foot in the U.S.
She noted that Franklin had insulted her husband and marriage enough, and once she is forced to take this up, no one should plead on his behalf.
Ubi Franklin, who failed to heed her warning, posted more pictures of himself and the daughter, followed by a laughing emoji a few minutes after her post.
Sandra reacted by telling him to Lawyer up, seeing who laughs last.
“Lawyer up! It’s all fun and games until it gets real in the U.S. court of law. This isn’t Naija court where you can bribe o… Let’s see who laughs last. My actions will speak louder. Let’s go,” she wrote.
