Cristiano Ronaldo scored two goals yesterday to help his side beat Genoa as Juventus rolled over the host 3-1 in the Italian Serie A. Genoa hosted Juventus at their Stadio Luigi Ferraris and the game ended in favour of the defending champions Juventus.
The first half ended in a stalemate but things changed in the second half of the game. Paulo Dybala broke the deadlock for the visitors in the 57th minute.
The equaliser came from Sturaro in the 61st minute of the game but Cristiano Ronaldo restored the victory for the visitor from the penalty spot in the 78th minute of the game. The former Manchester and Real Madrid player completed his brace from another penalty kick. as the game ended 3-1 in favour of Juventus.
Juventus now sits in the fourth place position with four points behind leaders AC Milan, who played out a 2-2 draw with Parma. Genoa on the other hand is 19th, a point ahead of bottom side Crotone. The Portugues skipper is currently topping the goal chart brace in the clash.
