Rampant Liverpool Shuts Arsenal

Rampant Liverpool puts an end to Arsenal unbeaten run as they romped them 4-0.

Despite Liverpool being unbeaten in their last nine home games, the ‘Gunners’ started the brightest as they created more chances though the reds had more ball possession.

The game came to life in the 32nd minute when a challenge by Sadio Mane on Takehiro Tomiyasu sparked outrage on the bench of both teams, which earned the two managers a yellow card.

Aaron Ramsdale had it all to do as numerous brilliant saves kept Arsenal in the game before he was breached in the 38th minute.

Mane nodded a brilliant Trent Alexander-Arnold free-kick into the net to deny Arsenal a 4th consecutive clean sheet.

Nuno Tavares lost possession of the ball to Diogo Jota while trying to play out from the back, who then dummied Ben white and Ramsdale to slot into an empty net.
