The Presidency has distanced itself from the allegations that it has anything to do with the invitation extended to a former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Ghali Na’Abba by the Department of State Service, DSS.

It was gathered that the DSS had earlier invited Na’aba for calling on all Nigerians to join NCFront, a pressure group, in rescuing and saving Nigeria from anarchy and fear of impending doom.

In a tweet by the Senior Special Adviser to President Buhari on Media and publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, the Presidency denied knowing about Naa’ba’s invitation on account of his alleged comments at President Buhari.

The Presidency stated that Nigerians must continue to pull together to confront a common enemy that has no regard for race, religion, language or ethnic grouping.

Premium Times had earlier reported that Na’aba appealed to citizens to join forces in creating a new Nigeria that works for all.

Mr Na’aba, who made the call at a global press conference, organized by conveners of NCFront in Nigeria said the way and manner governance is conducted suggests a high degree of irresponsibility at all levels.
