The Lagos State Police Command has forcefully arrested Nigerian musician Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable.
Portable got into some serious trouble when he didn’t keep his word about paying off the rest of the Benz he bought from the car dealer. As a result, he was arrested on Tuesday, May 14th.
It was gathered that the car dealer petitioned the Nigerian police after failed attempts to get the singer to pay his debt.
According to reports, Portable only paid N13 million after buying the car, which was worth N27 million. He was said to have refused to pay the remaining N14 million.
When the police arrived at the singer’s location with an arrest warrant, he tried to escape by climbing over the fence. But the police were not giving up and chased after him until they caught him and took him into custody.
In the video obtained, Portable was seen being dragged by four policemen into a waiting vehicle.
